If your ticket hasn’t yet arrived:

  • Check your spam folder
  • Wait up to 2 hours for the ticket to arrive
  • Double check the email you used when purchasing

Unfortunately we cannot directly issue refunds. Refunds are up to the discretion of the event organiser. Please contact them or email us at: support@diff-music.com for further help
