My ticket hasn't arrived?
If your ticket hasn’t yet arrived:
- Check your spam folder
- Wait up to 2 hours for the ticket to arrive
- Double check the email you used when purchasing

I'd like a refund
Unfortunately we cannot directly issue refunds. Refunds are up to the discretion of the event organiser. Please contact them or email us at: support@diff-music.com for further help
