Our wonderful friend @take_me_somewhere_good is throwing a party at Paradise Garden on 27 July in joint celebration… firstly for getting the all clear on his cancer recovery journey ✨💪 and secondly, celebrating the release of ‘Cofio - Recorda - Rememberance’ 🌞 a record which Gareth released earlier this year with the Ibiza based @nunorthernsoul label.

The record, Cofio - Recorda - Rememberance, is by Mallorca’s master guitarist @bibilonijoan and features actors @rhys_ifans_ & Pep Tosar, with production by Jim Barron of @crazypmusic. The release is based on a poem by Waldo Williams, one of the most loved poets in the Welsh language. In Gareth’s words, it’s been “an absolute labour of love, the record has been taken to heart by the Welsh cultural and Balearic music scenes. It is beautiful and inspiring. It’s one of the works that I’m most proud of being part of”.

Our doors will be open all day from 1pm with this event kicking off at 5.30pm, starting early with chilled beats, and bringing in dancefloor energy later into the evening whilst maintaining the balearic soul throughout. Taking over the PG system will be DJs: @lloydofthelongchamps, @bernieville, @mickycranston and of course Gareth. 🌴🔉
